Dashboard Overview

The Chartboost platformโ€™s Mediation overview dashboard provides an overall summary of your appโ€™s performance and engagement metrics.

Filtering ๐Ÿ”—

Utilize the filter tool to obtain detailed metrics by app, app store, country, and date range.

Additionally, the dashboard allows you to compare the metrics from your specified date range to another date range a day, week, month, quarter, or year ago. To set up a date comparison:

  1. In the date filter, select a time range by choosing one of the pre-set ranges or set your own custom range.
  2. In the compare filter, select a time range to compare with by choosing one of the pre-set ranges (a day, week, month, quarter, or year ago) or set your own custom range.

Performance metrics ๐Ÿ”—

Performance metrics are displayed by default. On the top right corner of the metrics graph, the Performance metric should be selected.

The top graph displays your overall earnings across all apps. In addition, the following metrics are also provided:

  • Earnings: Total revenue from all app IDs.
  • Requests: Count of attempts for an ad load.
  • Impressions: Count of each successful ad shown to a userโ€™s device.
  • Fill Rate: Percentage of requests that resulted in a successful ad load.
  • Show Rate: Percentage of requests ad loads resulted in an impression.
  • Render Rate: Percentage of successful ad loads that resulted in an impression.
  • eCPM: Effective cost per thousand impressions. (Total Earnings / Impressions) x 1000.

The table below displays the same metrics on a per-app breakdown.

  • Apps that have incomplete setups will not collect data and therefore are not included in the metrics.
  • Disabled apps will display data from when it was active.

Data from deleted apps are not automatically included in the metrics. To include deleted app data, toggle the Show Deleted Apps.

  • In the table, deleted apps will show as greyed out items.
  • In the app filter, deleted apps will include a [DELETED] label in the app name.

Engagement metrics ๐Ÿ”—

Switch to the Engagement metrics to view your user engagement summary.

The top graph displays your daily active users (DAU) across all apps. In addition, the following metrics are also provided:

  • DAU: (Daily Active Users) Number of unique users who opened the app at least once in a day.
  • REQDAU: Average number of requests on all placements to show an ad per daily active user.
  • IMPDAU: Average number of ads seen per daily active user.
  • ARPDAU: Average revenue generated per daily active user.
  • DEU: (Daily Eligible Users) Number of unique users who requested an ad at least once in a day.
  • Eligibility Rate: Percent of eligible users to active users.
  • Ad Viewer Rate: Percent of daily ad viewers to daily active users.

The table below displays the same metrics on a per-app breakdown.
