Error Codes

3.X Errors 🔗

During an ad’s lifecycle, there may be situations in which the ad may fail. In such cases, the Mediation SDK creates an error object that includes a Mediation Error Code along with a message describing the error.

Code Name Description
NoAdFound No Ad was returned to the Mediation SDK to be shown. Confirm that you are using the correct HeliumAppID and HeliumAppSignature, a correct placement value that’s already been set up in your Mediation Dashboard, and has properly integrated ad provider SDKs.
NoBid No Ad was returned to the Mediation SDK to be shown due to no qualifying bids received from valid ad sources.
NoNetwork The Mediation SDK was unable to establish an internet connection. Check your device’s connectivity and try again.
ServerError There was an internal error in the Mediation servers that prevented this call from completing successfully.
Unknown An uncategorized error has occurred.
